Are you registered to vote? Do you want to change your party affiliation, your address or your name?

Application Forms:

Please go to the Sedgwick County Election Office website (or call 660-7100) to determine the date the forms below must be submitted.

Would you prefer to vote by mail? Click here for Application for Advance Ballot by Mail and mail or fax it to the SG Co. Election Office. The Election Office starts mailing ballots 20 days before Election Day. The ballot must be returned to the Election Office by 7 p.m. on Election Day.  You must submit a seperate advance voting ballot application for each election unless you're applying for permanent advance voting status due to a permanent illness or disability.
